Collaborate
Work across disciplines with shared goals, clear handoffs, and regular communication.
INT-026-08-01 · Six-month internship
A focused, project-based internship where UI/UX, frontend, backend, and QA interns collaborate to ship a Team Management Platform.
Learn → Practice → Build → Test → Review → Improve → Ship
The program
Interns learn the tools and habits used by modern product teams—not by watching tutorials alone, but by making decisions, receiving feedback, and shipping improvements.
Work across disciplines with shared goals, clear handoffs, and regular communication.
Take responsibility for tasks from discovery and implementation through review and polish.
Use testing, code review, design critique, and feedback to make each iteration stronger.
The six-month journey
The first phase builds strong foundations through learning and practice. The second phase applies those foundations to intense, real-world project work.
Build the fundamentals, tools, habits, and confidence needed to contribute effectively.
Understand the product, users, roles, workflow, tools, and core concepts for your track.
Output: learning plan + product briefComplete guided exercises, small assignments, reviews, and cross-track collaboration practice.
Output: reviewed practice workApply your skills in a small integrated feature and prepare for production-level project work.
Output: foundation project + readiness reviewWork as a product team to design, build, test, review, and ship the Team Management Platform.
Refine requirements, user journeys, technical plans, architecture, backlog, and delivery goals.
Output: approved project planImplement the core product across UI/UX, frontend, backend, and QA with regular reviews.
Output: integrated product incrementStabilize the release, fix defects, document the work, demo the product, and complete the handoff.
Output: release + final presentationFour tracks, one product
Every track has a clear responsibility and a direct connection to the final product. Interns learn to communicate through artifacts and working software.
Research, user flows, wireframes, visual systems, prototypes, and design handoff.

Good to know
No. Learning supports the work, but the main experience is collaborating on a real product and improving it through feedback.
No. You should have fundamentals, curiosity, and consistency. The program is designed to help you keep learning while building.
A practical project contribution, review experience, team collaboration habits, and a portfolio-ready story about what you built.
Yes. The platform scope is a starting point. Feedback and learning may change priorities while keeping the product direction clear.
